                   (Research funded by Scottish Education Department Major Studentship Award)

1992-98:- Lecturer in Theatre Studies, University of Ulster

1998-2001:- Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in English and Drama, University of Greenwich

2001-   :- Senior Lecturer/ Reader in Drama and Theatre, University of Chester
